WARNING

These longer wheel adapters may only be used in combination with the column

foot extensions (B).

The lifting capacity is then restricted to 5500 kg or 4000 kg per column, depending on

the adapter type. The restricted lifting capacity is also clearly indicated on the sides of

the longer wheel adapters.

CAUTION

The lifting columns have a higher lifting capacity than the longer wheel adaptors,

so check the maximum weight carefully.

The maximum lifting capacity of the columns may only be lifted without wheel

adapters. When this is the case, the column foot extensions may remain fitted.

7.2

Traverse beam

For the lifting and lowering of trailers on a set of mobile lifting columns, a special

Stertil-Koni traverse beam is available.

7.2.1

Before you start working

Check both the maximum lifting capacity of the traverse beam and the maximum lifting

capacity of a set of two mobile columns.
If there is a difference in the maximum lifting capacity of the traverse beam and the set

of two mobile columns, the lowest maximum lifting capacity is always leading.
