SK 2055 / 2070 / 2090

When working, the temporary mains power connection can be disconnected,

and the cable channels fastened using spacer bushings, screws and rings.

8.6 Cylinder bleeding

The cylinders are fitted with an SW10 nipple for bleeding air at the top. While

raising, turn the nipples once round to loosen them and wait until there is a

constant flow of oil without air bubbles. Then turn the nipples to the closed

position.

8.7 Testing

Once all the installation work has been done and the checks carried out, the lift

needs to be tested with a full load.

8.8 Load test

In order to carry out the static and dynamic tests on the Freedomlift as per DRT

circular no. 2005-04 dated 24-Mar-2005 perform:
• a static test of 60 minutes.

• a dynamic test of 15 minutes.

Perform the tests with a coefficient of 1.10.

Failure to follow these instructions could damage the lifting system and thereby

risk invalidating the warranty.
