3. Push the two metal spherical catch levers up on
either side of the carrier until the basket catches
drop forwards, and the basket is released.
4. With both hands, pull the basket out of the carrier. If the basket contains
instruments from a previous wash operation, refer to the specific unloading
procedure for the basket type in the section on
Instrument Baskets on page 49.
5.6 Docking Baskets into the Carrier
WARNING — Pinching hazard
Pinch points are created during carrier operation.

ALWAYS keep hands clear when opening or closing the carrier.
l
In the unlikely event of an uncontrolled fault, the emergency stop button
can be pushed to cut power to the carrier and other motorized parts.
WARNING
Hoses and instruments should NEVER extend outside the limits of a basket.
l
ALWAYS make sure that instruments are located correctly in a basket.
l
ALWAYS remove all unused hoses from baskets before docking into the
carrier.
l
ONLY use the hoses and connectors supplied with a basket type, and
DO NOT mix and use hoses from other baskets.
