any irregularities are noted, DO NOT use the device.
6. Attach the ArConnect® argon probe connector to the gi4000 ESU by inserting it into
the ArConnect® probe connector receptacle and
LIFTING UP
until an audible click is
heard, confirming a positive connection. When connecting the ArConnect® argon
probe connector to the receptacle, take care to ensure the connector is in the proper
orientation otherwise connection cannot be made between the ArConnect® argon
probe connector and the gi4000 ESU receptacle.
7. Attach the ArConnect® argon probe connector to a compatible single use argon
coagulation probe of your choice according to the argon coagulation probe
manufacturer instructions for use.
8. Exit Standby Mode by pressing the touchscreen display or button on the gi4000
footswitch.
9. Prior to inserting the argon coagulation probe into the endoscope accessory channel,
prime the argon probe by pressing PURGE on the touchscreen display or pressing the

10. Once the argon system has been primed,
the gi4000 will continue to purge the
argon line every 30 seconds in all methods/modes. The gi4000 will continue to
auto-purge until the system power is cycled OFF/ON or argon coagulation has
not been activated for 30 minutes
. An audible click can be heard each time the
auto-purge activates.
11. When not in use, the ArConnect® argon probe connector should be removed from the

10.2.7 Using the GoCart Mobile Cart
1. Disengage the brakes on the front wheels of the cart.
2. Move cart slowly by pushing, applying moving force on the narrow dimension.
3. When the cart has been moved to the desired location for the procedure, engage the
brakes on the front wheels of the cart to prevent unintentional movement during use.
WARNING: Tipping Hazard.
Move cart slowly and apply moving force on narrow
dimension. Never apply force at top; always push near middle utilizing the cart
handles. Push do not pull. Disengage brakes prior to moving the cart. Cart can tip
over, resulting in risk of operator injury and/or equipment damage.
WARNING:
Tipping Hazard.
Total loading capacity is 132 lb (60 kg). Never
overload the cart. Position heavier components toward the bottom of the cart for
optimum stability.
Overloading may cause shelf damage or instability.
WARNING: Tipping Hazard.
The GoCart Mobile Cart is designed for use with the
gi4000 ESU
ONLY
. Use with non-compatible equipment may cause instability
resulting in user injury and/or equipment damage.
