SERVICE CHECKLIST
Service Checklist for
Pasteuriser
1.
Write down the parameters & record last faults
2.
Check lid and seal and replace if required.
3.
Check lid magnet for damage - change if necessary
4.
Check tightness of all fridge flare nuts

Check circulation pump for wear and leakage

Replace Drain Pump.

Replace Hot & Cold hoses with Aquavend hoses.

Disinfect the inlet valves (Put Milton solution down the Aquavend hose before
connecting up this will then flush through the solenoid valve).

Check heater - for damage - electrical connections for tightness and around seal - behind lagging - for
leaking.
8.
Using the Level Setup Menu (see level switch calibration maintenance section of manual)
Check water levels are correct -low - neck - high – over
Check bottles are correct for levels, record make of bottle. Check for leaks while the machine is filling
up with water.
9.
Using the Fridge Setup menu (see water refrigeration system maintenance section)
With gauges check R134a in fridge system – Check system is full.
Make sure you have gas with you so you can top up if needed
Check and record amps.
Clean condenser, and make sure there is no wiring that could get caught in condenser fan.

Check & tighten all water clamps

Check & tighten all electrical connections
12.
Check calibration of pasteuriser to calibrated thermometer – (See probe calibration page 53). At the
same time check heater amps and record. Replace probe cap on probe.
13.
Check faults previously recorded and access if action is required.
14.
Check hot water & cold water inlet solenoid valve filters are clear.
15.
Check Ambient Room and water temperatures and record.
Run through cycle with full load of bottles (related to customer usage) with water, check fridge turns
off at about 3°C - adjust if necessary.
If adjustments have been made run another cycle to meet
customer requirements.
16.
Clean tank with alcoholic wipes and add Milton tablets to the last cycle you run
17.
Descale pasteurizer using multi- purpose descaler
