FAULT FINDING CONTINUED

Power Failure Alarm

Power was removed from machine during cycle ensure power is always
switched on to machine.

When the play symbol is
pressed the machine
goes straight into the
cycle settings

There is a glitch that happens when a cycle setting is changed. When this
happens the tick button needs to be pressed on the PID page, this solves the
problem.

To obtain fault history:

▪

From the home screen press the alarm button

▪

From the alarm screen press the Historian button,

▪

Last fault displayed complete with fault number and cycle number

▪

Highest number = latest fault

▪

Use the back/forward buttons to look at previous alarms.

▪

Use the ESC button to return the alarm screen.

▪

Press the home button to return to the home screen.

Any alarms will be automatically saved on the SD card for the cycle it alarmed on. To
send this information to Medicare Colgate export the data to Excel and then email to
Medicare Colgate.
