WARRANTY

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship 

and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.

CONDITIONS

1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product 

box or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.

2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.

3.- The  repairing  time  will  not  exceed  30  natural  days,  from  the  day  the  claim  was 

received.

4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well 

as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:

If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries, 

failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper 

safe keeping,   among others.

a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.

b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase 

ticket.

Operation

   Before connecting your converter check that the electrical network is 110/220V~ 60/50Hz, 

the one used in Mexico.

   Do not select a voltage higher that the one required by the electronic device on your 

converter.

   It is recommended that you select a voltage lower than the voltage set on your equipment.

   Do not use or store this equipment in places where there are leaks or water spattering. 

This can cause a malfunction or an electric shock.

   Don´t try to open the equipment, this can cause a malfunction and void the warranty.

   If the power cord is damaged, go with an authorized distributor for its replacement.

   Disconnect the voltage converter before cleaning it. Always use a soft dry cloth to clean 

your equipment.

   Do not expose your equipment to the direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

The USB/AC/DC regulated power adapter includes a mini USB connector, one female USB 

“A” connector, one 4 pin mini USB and 6 different inverted male connectors (inverted plug) 

which you can interchange between them and a green-light voltage selector.

The input comes from 90 to 240Vac (50 or 60hz) and output from 3, 5, 6, 7.5, 9 and 12 Vcc. 

The maximum output is 1.2 Amp, and the cable length is 1.8 metres. Manufactured in black 

colour plastic. It is perfect to use it in mobiles, discmans, video cameras and computers.

 Insert the connector you have chosen to the power cable. It is important to verify the 

polarity of your electronic appliance and that you select the same in your power adaptor: 

if your equipment requires positive polarity match the TIP sign of the power cable with the 

symbol (+) of the connector so that the center is positive.

4.-

 Connect the power adaptor to the outlet, immediately the voltage selector will turn on.

5.-

 Insert the connector appropiate for your electronic equipment.

6.-

 Turn on your electronic equipment.

7.-

 To connect a USB device, plug one of the three tips to the power cable labeled USB. 

This cable will provide 5V continuously and not be affected by the voltage selector switch.

   The eliminator is designed to feed a single device at a time. Using two power cables can 

lead to overheading.

   Three USB tips can only be used in the power cord labeled “USB”. Do not try to force 

them. Similarly, the points “not USB” are designed for use with the cable marked “ELIM”. 

If you connect the USB cable, there may be a false contact and will damage you device.

   When the equipment doesn´t turn on:

1.-

 Check that the converter cable isn´t damaged.

2.-

 check that the plug is appropriately making contact with the outlet.

3.- 

Make sure that the voltage selector is in the correct position according to your electronic 

device.

4.-

 Check that your outlet device.

   When the tip does not fit your equipment:

1.-

 Check that the connector is suitable for your equipment, otherwise search for the correct 

one among different connectors.
