Saving a Query
Use the following procedure to save a search as a query link in your portal navigation bar
(page 4-15):
1. Specify the search criteria you want to save.

On the Search tray (page 5-6), home page search fields (page 5-4), or advanced
search page (page 5-9), enter the search criteria in the desired fields.

On the search results page (page 5-30), the criteria saved will be the criteria that
were used to display the results.
2. Select Save Search from the Actions choice list on the search results page
(page 5-30).
A prompt dialog is displayed.
3. Enter a title for the saved query. This is the link that will be displayed in your portal
navigation bar (page 4-15).
4. Click OK.
The new link is displayed under the My Saved Queries folder in your portal
navigation bar.
