9 Tool change
5. During assembly, ensure that the groove (yellow) of the collet

engages with the eccentric forming
(yellow) of the clamping nut

6. When inserting the tool with the reducer

ensure that the square end of the tool locks into the inner square (yellow) of the reducer

outer square (red) locks into the square end of the spindle by slightly twisting the tool

In the case of tools with a shaft diameter of 20 mm and a square end of 16 mm, the reducer is not
used

1. Pull out the spindle

by hand.
2. Loosen the clamping nut by approx. 1 revolution

using the hook wrench

and fix the spindle

using an SW27 open-end spanner

3. Pull the tool

out of the collet by hand.
4. Insert the new tool into the collet by hand.
5. Slightly twist the tool until its square end locks into that of the reducer (not visible here) or spindle.
6. Retighten the clamping nut
