Cause
Remedy
The water coming out of the shower
head is not hot.
The water temperature in the tank is
too low.
Position the solar shower base in an
area with plenty of sunlight.
The water has a bad smell or is
discolored.
The filled solar shower has not been
used for some time.
Drain the tank and refill it.
If the problem cannot be solved, contact the customer service listed on the last page.
