SMART READ LOG (D5h) will return the specified log to the host. The values set in the LBA Low and 
Sector Count registers will specify the log sector and sector number to be written. Log Addresses 03h and 
07h are used by READ LOG EXT (D5h) and WRITE LOG EXT (D5h). If these log addresses are used 
with the READ LOG, the device will return with the command aborted.
