Q: Why the printer cannot print?
A: Maybe the communication settings on the printer and balance do not match.
Please re-check and try again, for the details you can refer the manual of
balance and printer.
Q: The printer cannot print the following information (the supplier, the model
and serial number of the balance and the time and date does not show up in
printing)
A: The first reason may be due to that the GLP/GMP PRINTOUT are not
enabled, please refer the manual of the balance.
The second reason may be the balance did not support these features.
Q: It sounds like the printer is working so does the line feed but no letters on
the paper printed out.
A: The ink ribbon cartridge may be not installed correctly or it cannot be used
anymore.
Q: Time and date information missing
A: If you the printer turned off for more than 13 days without power supply, then
you have to reset the time and date again when it is turned on next time.
