Values ≥ -100, ≤ 100
Indicates the proportion of the available cooling / heating capability
currently being applied to provide stabilization of the sensor tem-
perature. Positive values indicate cooling, negative values indicate
heating.
If the system can not bring the sensor temperature into the selected
range, this value can be checked to identify whether the system
is too hot (maximum cooling effort will be reached) or too cool
(maximum heating effort will be reached) for the chosen Sensor-
TemperatureRegulationTarget .
