MAINTENANCE

Daily: Before use

1.  Seal the tank drain tap,see page 15, Pic. 12.
2.  Check safety valve operation,see page 14, Pic. 10.

After Use

1.  Open the tank drain tap,see page 15, Pic. 12  

and leave open to allow to drain.

2.  Wipe down the compressor.
3.  Store safely and securely.

If your compressor does not start

• Check that you have plugged the power lead into a 

standard 240V 10Amp power point and turned the 
switch ON.

• Check that you have turned the air compressor ON/OFF 

switch ON.

• The air tank may be full.  Use your air tool and the air 

compressor should start when the pressure decreases 
to 115PSI.

If these tips do not work please have your unit checked by 
an authorised service centre.
