Traction wheel replacement

Remove the traction sheave 

1.

 

Loosen  nut  M12  and  washer  12  with  an  open  wrench  (18  mm)  and  remove  the 

swing  bar.  Loosen  nut  M12  and  washer  12  with  an  open  wrench  (18mm),  and 

remove screw M12×55 with a hexagon wrench (10mm). 

 

2.

 

Loosen  bolt  M12×40  and  washer  12  with  an  open  wrench  (18mm).  Use  a 

one-word screwdriver and a hammer to turn the head of two pin 12 to remove pin 

12 easily.
