Components secured by the manufacturer are not adjustable during the change of supply or gas type
•
The main burner must be cleaned daily of combustion residue with a wire brush. The holes in the
burner should be clean and free from contamination. Before starting the appliance, make sure that fat
has not settled on lava stones, as this may be ignited during start-up, causing fire.
•
There may be 3kg of lava stone over one burner, and they must be evenly distributed on the grate.
1.1. In case of suspected gas escape, do not
•
Light up matches, smoke cigarettes, turn on or off electrical appliances (bell or light switch), or use
other electrical and mechanical devices that cause an electric or shock hazard. In this case, immediately
shut down the gas tank valve or shut off the gas system and vent the room, and then call a qualified
person to remove the cause.
•
In the event of gas escaping from a leaky installation, immediately shut off the gas supply by
means of a shut-off valve.
•
In the event of gas leaking from a leaky gas tank valve: • Place a wet blanket on the tank to
cool it down and close the valve on the tank. After cooling down, take the tank outdoors. It
is forbidden to reuse damaged tanks .
•
In the case of a few days of downtime, close the main valve on the gas system, or, if using a gas tank,
close after each use.
•
Do not open the valve on the gas connection or the tank valve without first checking that all gas valves
on the unit are closed.
•
Turn off the gas supply on the control panel and close the shut-off valve after use and during cleaning
•
In case of fire flaring up from the chargrill, carefully turn off the gas supply and the electrical supply
paying attention so that such operations will not put anyone in danger. Then use a suitable extinguisher
(dry powder or CO2 type) to choke the flames and then, should this be necessary, call firefighters

The line 700 gas lava grill is designed for professional use in catering, bars, restaurants, etc. The appliance is
designed for thermal processing of products, grilling products.
The lava grill should not be used in any manner other than intended in the manual.

4. DEVICE OPERATION
•
Before first use, please remove the protective film from the device. Wash the external and internal sur -
faces of the body with warm water and a degreasing agent which is used for washing kitchen utensils.
Do not use abrasive cleaners and others which could scratch the surface of the countertop, housing.
Only use a damp cloth for washing. After washing the device, leave it to dry completely, then reconnect
to the mains.
•
Before use, make sure that the room where the appliance is in is well ventilated and the amount of
exhaust air is sufficient and is not disturbed. Check the fumes evacuation systems and devices (fans,
