Maintenance and repair
It is recommended that all repairs to our devices be carried out by R. STAHL. In
exceptional cases, repair may be performed by approved third-parties.
The devices are maintenance-free.
Troubleshooting chart:

“PWR” LED not lit
Power supply failure or device
fuse is defective
Check power supply.
If device fuse is defective, send device in for repair.
Output signals faulty
Sensor is incorrectly connected
Incorrect DIP switch setting
DIP switch setting is not applied
by the device
Check connections (see 7.1)
Set DIP switch as per 7.2
In order to activate a new set-up of circuit type you have
to switch of the power supply for a short moment.
(Power on reset)!
Output signals for
2-wire circuits faulty
Line balancing has not been
performed
Please perform the line balancing as described above.
Line balancing does not
work
Switching of the DIP switch has
not been performed within 10s
Please repeat the line balancing.
