There should be no pressure in the boiler. To ensure 

there is no pressure in the boiler, open one of the pig 

tail valves. Make sure the manual gauge and the touch 

screen I/O page shows 0 psi. Close the pig tail valve 

after 0 psi in the boiler is confirmed.

Connect a compressed air hose to the test port.

Set the multi meter to Ohms Ω.

Locate the test port on top of the steamer behind the 

manual pressure gauge.

Connect an air chuck to the test port.

Use a flat head screwdriver to open up the High 

Pressure Limit Switch.

Connect the probes to the two wires as shown. There 

should be continuity until the pressure switch trips.
