Host-controlled mode with a PC

To work in Host-controlled mode, the X-NUCLEO-LPM01A expansion board needs to be 
connected to a PC via a USB cable (common USB Type-A to USB micro-B cable).

The X-NUCLEO-LPM01A supports two controlled modes:

Host-controlled mode with command lines sent by a COM port terminal:

Both modes require installation of the USB VCP (Virtual COM port) driver ‘STM32 Virtual
