ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11147
1.
Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2.
Screw lower column (B) onto base (A).
3.
Place crystal (C) onto column (B).
4.
Screw upper column (D) onto crystal (C).
5.
Attach arm (E) onto upper column (D).
6.
Place shade (G) over socket (F) and
tighten socket ring (H) to secure shade in
place.
7.
Insert bulb into bulb socket.
Uses (1) Maximum 60WATT, Type “A” Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
