ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11146
1.
Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2.
Attach amber crystal (B) onto base (A).
3.
Screw socket assembly (C) onto amber crystal (B).
4.
Place shade (D) over socket (C) and tighten socket
ring (E) to secure shade in place.
5.
Insert bulb into bulb socket.
Uses (1) Maximum 60WATT, Type “A” Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
