3.3.4 Heart rate programmes (HRC)
1. There are two heart rate programmes: HP1 with a maximum speed of 10 km/h and HP2 with a
maximum speed of 12 km/h. We recommend you to wear a chest strap with a digital heart rate
sensor to transmit your heart rate correctly. You should not touch the hand pulse sensors while you
are training.
2. To select these programmes use the PROG button. Now press the MODE button to enter your target
heart rate. This table can be used as orientation:
