3.3.3 User-defined programmes
1. You can choose from three freely adjustable user-defined programmes (U1 to U3). Here you can
set the values (speed and incline) for each section as you desire and save your settings as your
own programme.
2. Select the user-defined programme with the PROG button. Now press the MODE button. You
can set the values for both speed and incline with the SPEED +/- and the INCLINE up/down
buttonsfor every section. Once you are finished with one section press the MODE button to get
to the next section and repeat the process until you have set all the desired values for all the 20
sections. Once you are done with all the settings, your programme will be saved.
3. Choose your programme with the PROG button and press the START button to start your
training. The treadmill will start operating.
