PREPARATIONS
1. Before assembly make sure there is enough space.
2. Use the recommended tools.
3. Before assembly check if there are all the parts in the box.
It is recommended that product should be assembled by at least two people
to avoid injuries.
Most of the assembly equipment listed here has been packed separately,
but some elements come preassembled in certain assembly parts. If it is
required, dissassemble them and assemble again.
Read the instructions of all assembly steps and familiarize with all the
devices installed.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (
Drawings
– p.
33-35)
Note: Follow the assembly instructions below:
STEP 1. Front and rear stabilizer assembly:
Fix the front (2) and rear
stabilizer (3) onto the main frame (1) with the screw (13), curved washer
(14) and acorn nut (15).
STEP 2. Right and left pedal assembly
: Fix the right and left pedal (9L/R)
onto the crank (10). The right pedal (9R) should be threaded clockwise.
The left pedal (9L) should be threaded anticlockwise.
NOTE: The right and left pedal (9L/R) are marked with letters “R” for the
right pedal and “L” for the left one.
STEP 3. Seat assembly:
Fix the seat (7) onto the seat post (6) with a flat
washer (33) and nylon nut (34), next fix the seat (6) onto the main frame
(1) and tighten the knob (31).
Note: While setting the seat height, the maximum position line cannot be
higher than the edge of the main frame pipe.
STEP 4. Handlebar column assembly:
Connect the sensor line (17) of
the main frame (1) with the connection line (18) of the handlebar column(4).
Place the end of the tension knob (20) in the spring hook of the tension line
(16) as shown in the picture. Pull the line (18) of the tension knob and place
it in the slit of the metal tension line handle (16).
Finally, place the handlebar column (4) in the main frame (1) and secure
with an Allen bolt (19) and curved washer (35).
STEP 5. Handlebar assembly:
Place the pulse sensor lines (24) into the
handlebar column opening (4) and pull them through the upper edge of the
column (4).
Fix the handlebars (5) onto the handlebar column (4) with a spring washer
(25), flat washer (33) and a screw (26). Place the cover (27) on the
handlebars (4).
STEP 6. Counter assembly:
Pull the pulse sensor line (24) and connection
line (18) through the counter bracket opening (30) and fit the bracket to the
handlebar column. Connect the pulse sensor line (24) and connection line
(18) with the lines coming from the counter (8), then connect the counter
(8) with the counter bracket (30).
Moving the device
Lift the trainer carefully onto the front transport wheels (see picture, p. 36) and holding it on both sides, move it to a chosen place.
Resistance adjustment
The Resistance adjustment function allows to change resistance on the
pedals. High resistance requires larger effort while pedalling, whereas the
low one decreases the effort. Force of resistance is regulated by a knob
placed on the handlebar post. In order to decrease resistance, adjustment
knob should be turned towards the “1“ number whereas so as to increase
resistance, the knob should be turned t
owards the “8” number.
In order to achieve a satisfying effect, resistance level should be set during
a training.
Height adjustment of the bike saddle (drawing
– p.37)
Bike saddle height can be adjusted by removing the handwheel and setting
the saddle shank at the correct height.
The shank of the bike saddle has a few holes, i.e. a few possible ways to
get the right seat height.
To adjust the saddle height, loosen the bolt clamping the seat shank in
a bike frame.
Then select the appropriate seat height for a user by moving the saddle
shank up or down.
After selecting a given height, tighten the handwheel so that it is not
possible to change the position of the saddle shank.
Note: Do not remove the seat shank above the minimum or maximum signs
marked on the shaft of the bike saddle.
Levelling (drawing
– p.36)
Before you start exercising, it is recommended to verify whether the bike is
positioned correctly.
Please level the equipment by means of the rear stabilizer knobs.
