OPERATING FAULTS
The machine may not work because:
The plug hasn’t been inserted into the socket;
The main switches haven’t been pressed;
No water in the reservoir;
Filters are blocked.
The cause of failure in preparation of the drink can be:
The capsule holder is not properly closed;
An exhausted capsule is being used ( is a single dose capsule);
The capsule is stuck inside the capsule holder door: in this case empty the exhausted
capsule drawer;
If the cause of the failure does not correspond to those listed above, it is necessary to contact one
of our service centres.
GENERAL SERVICING
POWER CABLE
Regularly check the power cable. If it is worn or damaged, it should be replaced by authorised
personnel.
WATER TANK
Regularly check the water level and top up as necessary.
Water level must not exceed 90% of tank capacity in order to avoid any
overflowing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For a proper usage of the machine and a high standard quality coffee, it is highly recommended to
regularly clean the machine. These operations have to be done when the machine is cold and
unplugged to the power supply.
DRIP TRAY CLEANING:
Empty the tray daily and wash with warm water.
EXHAUSTED CAPSULE DRAWER CLEANING:
Periodically empty the exhausted capsule drawer and rinse it with warm water.
WARNING:
Contact with the steam can cause severe burns. Do not spill the milk to
prevent burns to the hands.
WARNING:
In case the right water tank is empty, the unit is safe and gives alarm
signal. To reset the unit, turn off the machine, fill water in the tank and then turn it on.
