To prepare more than a coffee, repeat the sequence from the beginning.
Never place capsules on the cup warmer when on.
STEAM SUPPLY AND MILK FROTHING
The machine is equipped with a steam arm (J).
Make sure the power steam and hot water switch (M) is ON and the pressure gauge (P) indicates a
boiler pressure of about 1.7 bar.
To get the milk frothing for cappuccino, pour cold milk (for best results, we recommend the use of
whole milk at refrigerator temperature 4 ° C + / -1 ° C) in a metal container and to follow these
instructions:
Turn the steam knob (K) counter clockwise to let the remaining water flow from the steam
arm obtaining the steam. Turn the knob in the opposite direction to stop the steam.
Immerse the steam arm (J) in the milk container and turn the knob counter clockwise.
Reached the desired volume of foam, turn the knob in the opposite direction to stop the
steam.
Pour the foam and milk into the coffee cup.
HOT WATER SUPPLY
The machine is equipped with a tap to supply hot water.
Make sure that the steam and hot water switch (M) is ON and the pressure gauge (P) indicates a
boiler pressure of about 1.7 bar.
Turn the hot water knob (E) counter clockwise to dispense hot water. Once you reach the desired
amount, turn the knob in the opposite direction to stop the flow.

At the end of each preparation, it is recommended to clean the steam
arm from the milk residue with a soft cloth moistened before, always avoiding direct
contact with the fingers, a short supply of steam eliminates milk residue found on the

WARNING:
In case the right water tank is empty, the unit is safe and gives alarm
signal. To reset the unit, turn off the machine, fill water in the tank and then turn it on.
