FID fuel shut-off relay/Hydrogen relay output
WARNING
A fuel shut-off valve must be connected to the analyser when a
FID detector is installed to prevent the accumulation of fuel.
A fuel shut-off valve must be connected to the rear connector of the analyser
when a FID detector is fitted to the analyser. This valve is normally closed and is
controlled by the analyser software. In the event of a problem, the valve will shut
automatically to prevent the accumulation of fuel inside the analyser.
See the FID Addendum (Section 12) for more information when using a FID
detector.

WARNING
The FID relay output terminals are separated from the analyser
mains circuits by reinforced insulation. The terminals must only
be connected to circuits that are themselves separated from mains
voltages by an isolation method that provides at least this level of
protection.
