Select
Static
as
the
addressing
method
and
enter
the
following
information:
IP Address
—Enter
a
valid
IPv4
address.
Netmask
—Enter
the
subnet
mask.
The
Default Gateway
field
cannot
be
edited.
This
field
is
automatically
configured
using
the
Default Gateway
value
from
the
private
connections
you
configured
on
the
primary
master
node.
4.
Change
the
MTU
value,
if
desired.
5.
Click
Save
.
Configure the Secondary Master Node - Private Data
Connection
1.
From
the
menu
bar,
select
Configuration > Network
,
or
click
the
Network
pane
on
the
Dashboard
screen.
The
Network
screen
displays.
2.
In
the
Network
Interfaces
pane,
select
the
Private
Data
(Standby)
row,
and
then
select
Action > Edit
.
The
Edit
Data
Ports
dialog
box
displays.
Note:
Depending
on
your
hardware
configuration,
the
Edit
Data
Ports
dialog
box
may
look
different
than
what
is
shown
below
