To
power
on
the
primary
master
node
,
remove
the
front
bezel,
and
then
gently
press
the
power
button
on
the
front
panel.
The
power
LED
illuminates
indicating
that
power
is
on.

Wait
while
the
primary
master
node
completes
its
power
‐
on
sequence
which
takes
approximately
five
minutes,
depending
on
the
configuration.
During
the
power
‐
on
sequence,
the
array
initializes
all
of
its
installed
components
and
starts
the
Verde
web
server.
Notes:
Do
not
use
the
array’s
front
panel
power
button
to
power
off
the
array.
See
to
reboot
or
shut
down
the
array.
Do
not
power
on
the
secondary
master
node
at
this
time.
Powering
on
the
secondary
master
node
is
the
final
step
in
the
HotPair
setup.
