Chapter 5 – Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs during operation, the UXC 1000 will display an error message. The UXC
1000 manual contains a list of all error messages for reference. The table below lists all the
errors related to the water cooling and CCX 70.

Water interlock is OK but
water should be OFF.
Check water circuit, cooling,

Water interlock did not turn
to OK within timeout.
Check water circuit, cooling,
CCX 70.
1100 "CCX 70: Water Flow too
low! (1100)"
Water flow is below limit.
Check limits, check water cir-
cuit, check CCX 70.
1101 "CCX 70: Water Tem-
perature out of Range!
(1101)"
Water temperature above
upper or below lower limit.
Check limits, check cooling.
1102 "CCX 70: Water Pressure
too high! (1102)"
Water pressure above limit.
Check limits, check water cir-
cuit, check CCX 70.
1103 "CCX 70: Water Pressure
too high! (1103)"
Water pressure above limit.
Check limits, check water cir-
cuit, check CCX 70.
1104 "CCX 70: Overload (Short
Circuit)! (1104)"
CCX 70 consumes too much
current, possible short circuit
in cable from UXC to CCX 70.
Check CCX 70 and all cables
and try again, if problem per-
sists, call service.
1105 "CCX 70: Front Door
Open! (1105)"
CCX 70 Front door is open.
Close door.
1106 "CCX 70: Water Leak!
(1106)"
Water leak inside CCX 70.
Call service.
1107 "CCX 70: Communication
Error! (1107)"
Communication problem
between UXC and CCX 70.
Check cables.

Might indicate com-

Water current is too high.
Check water.
