Reassemble the previously removed belt guard.
The belts are stretched when working over time: when replacing a worn or broken belt, for an equal distribution
of forces,
it is mandatory
to replace the entire set of belts.

5.2
Cleaning The Mulcher
DANGER!
This operation is extremely hazardous so the following instructions must be followed.
•
Wear protective gloves and shut off the engine of the agricultural tractor, subsequently disconnecting
the input PTO shaft;
•
For cleaning at the end of work, before completely stopping the machine, leave it on for 20-30 seconds
so that any material residue is ejected;
•
The Mulcher must be cleaned using an air jet, water with non-hazardous chemicals and cloths.
•
Eliminate any residue of material or dust from the external surface of the machine.
5.3
Lubricants
With reference to Figure 18, following lubricants are
to be used for the different parts of the machine:
•
For the transmission box (1): SHELL SPIRAX S2 A 80W-90 or equivalent responding the API -
GL5/MIL-L-
2105C specifications is recommended. The quantity of oil is
1.2 lt
. Do not exceed the
prescribed quantity;
•
For all (2) and (3) greasing points: SHELL RETINAX WB 2 equivalent is recommended.
