DESCRIPTION
Speakman SentinelPro™ Combination, SLV-5490-ADA includes: Trim with integral Diverter Handle
(CPT-5401), Shower Arm with Wall Flange (S-2500), Hand Shower with Flow Control (VS-100-PC), Shower
Arm Bracket, 60in Shower Hose with Built-in Vacuum Breaker, 24in ADA Combination Grab/Slide Bar
(VS-153-ADA), and Tub Spout (S-1554). This combination does not include the Shower Valve.
This combination should be installed with one of the following
