Logon Denied
If you are denied logging on please report the logon denied message to your System
Administrator. The table below displays logon denied messages and their corresponding
descriptions:
Logon Denied message
Description of Logon Denied Message
The wrong username or password has been
entered.
If the wrong password is typed five times in
succession the unit will lock. You will need to
contact your System Administrator to un-lock the
unit.
The device you are logging onto is not
configured to work with your profile for voice
recording.
You will need to contact your System
Administrator to configure or assign you another
device.
