--- Floor/Stop is Activated ---
This status line means that the system Safety Floor is activated or a stop push-button on one of
the face panel controls is being pushed. Normally on systems equipped with safety floor, this
would indicate that someone is standing in the system. In either case, the source of the activation
must be removed before any operation is possible.
Accessing Aisle - 2
After a movement request is entered and the system starts its cycle, this is the status line that will
appear telling the user that the requested aisle is now being opened.
Safety Fault in Aisle - 2
The system is equipped with safety sweep or any other type of aisle safety device, this status
line is displayed when such devices are activated. The display indicates the number of the
affected aisle as well. If the system was in motion, such a safety activation has stopped all
movement within the system. If the system was not in motion, someone has accessed that
aisle and activated the safety device. In either case the user must go to the indicated aisle
and check the system to determine the cause of the problem. Standard operating procedures
shown in the
Power Pro/EC300/EC400 Operations Manual
should be used to restore
normal operation. Because of safety considerations, normal operation must be restored at the
system before any remote operation can take place.
Must Push Reset in Aisle - 3
This final status line, when displayed, indicates that the system is set for manual reset operation
and the reset push-button must be pressed at the last opened aisle before system operation is
restored to the diagnostic unit. Normally, this reset operation is done at the time the accessing
person leaves the last accessed aisle.
While in remote operation mode, any time the operator presses the ESCAPE key, the System
Diagnostic Unit will return to the normal communication screen and be ready for the next
command.
