RF Amplifier Removal
To remove the RF Amplifier PCBA
1
Remove the power supply assembly.

Unplug all 16 RF cable connectors from the amplifier PCBA.

Remove the screws holding the PCBA on the chassis and lift the
PCBA free of the housing.
Disassembling the 90347 and 90341 Transmitters
while following these instructions.
To remove the ECG and transmitter PCBAs
1
Remove the battery.

Remove the patient input label.

Unscrew the five main #4 assembly screws.

Separate the transmitter top cover from the bottom case.

Unscrew the two #2 screws for the transmitter PCBA.

Gently pry the ECG and transmitter PCBAs up from the case
with a screwdriver at the ECG lead connectors. This unplugs
the ECG PCBA from the five ECG lead pins.

Separate the ECG PCBA from the transmitter PCBA by
carefully prying them apart in small steps, from all sides to
avoid bending any connecting pins.

Remove the ECG PCBA once the two PCBAs are separated.
9
Remove the transmitter PCBA by unsoldering the red and
green battery wires at the battery connectors.
