Sets the playback restrictions. For details, 

see “Restricting playback of the disc 

(PARENTAL CONTROL)” (page 49).

MULTI-DISC RESUME

(DVD VIDEO and VIDEO CD only)

ON:

 Stores the resume playback point in 

the memory for up to 6 discs.

OFF:

 Does not store the resume playback 

point in the memory. Playback starts at 

the resume playback point only for the 

current disc in the system.

RESET

Returns “SETUP” settings to the default 

settings. For details, see “To reset the 

“SETUP” settings in the Control Menu of 

CD/DVD function” (page 94).
