Troubleshooting
When an error occurs while using the VSP-BZ10, an error code and information
about the error is output in one of the following ways:
When an e-mail address is registered in Signage Web Manager and the “Error
Report” and “Status Report” check boxes are selected, the error code and
corresponding error information are sent to the registered e-mail address.
The following explains the meanings of error codes and the methods for dealing
with the errors.

SDHC Memory Card.

Content cannot be played
due to a failure to secure
memory.
Write down the error code,
and contact your local
Sony representative.

No files exist in the
specified local playout
folder.
Make sure there are files in
the specified folder.
Make sure the specified file
names are correct.
100204
Files with playable
extensions do not exist in
the local playout folder
specified with Signage
Web Manager.
Check the files.

Files with unplayable
extensions exist in the local
playout folder specified
with Signage Web
Manager.
Make sure files with the
appropriate extensions
exist in the folder.

You attempted to playout a
file of a format that is not
supported.
