On keeping
Use the special bag delivered with the memory module or wrap the module in
aluminium foil to protect it from electrostatic discharge.
Do not place the memory module in places subject to:
Heat sources such as radiators or air ducts
Direct sunlight
Excessive dust
Mechanical vibration or shock
Strong magnets or speakers that are not magnetically shielded
Ambient temperature of more than +35°C or less than +5°C
High humidity
To remove a memory module

Follow the steps 1 to 5 of "To install a memory module".

Touch a metal object (such as the connector panel on the back of your computer)
to discharge static electricity.

Remove the memory module.

Follow steps 8 to 9 of "To install a memory module".

Pull the tabs in the direction of the arrows.
The memory module is released.

Pull the memory module in the direction of the arrow.
