NW-ZX100/ZX100HN

Your Walkman does not recognize a microSD card that is inserted.

The microSD card (not supplied) is not inserted correctly. Remove the microSD card and reinsert it.
The contact pins of the microSD card are not clean. Clean the contact pins of the microSD card using a dry cloth or
cotton bud and reinsert the microSD card.
The microSD card has been formatted in an unsupported format. Copy all data on the microSD card onto your
computer and format the microSD card again using your Walkman.
