Solution
The pager is not on.
• Turn the pager on.
m
Press the POWER/ESC button for more
than two seconds.
• The battery is not installed correctly.
m
Check to see if the battery is correctly
installed.
• Battery power is too low.
m
Insert a new battery.
The display disappears.
• If you do not operate the pager for more than
a specified time the display returns to
standby mode to conserve the batteries. This
is not a sign of trouble.
The data you are entering is not saved.
• If the following occurs during information or
memo input, the data cannot be saved.
– An alarm activates.
– “LOW BATTERY!” is displayed.
– An extended delay occurs during
information or memo input causing the
display to disappear.
