Troubleshooting

The image transfer fails.

The following causes are possible. For details, consult the FTP server’s administrator.

You are using an active mode FTP server.
The FTP server's capacity is full.
You do not have write authority for the FTP server.
The FTP server is shut down.

The message “Could not verify the certificate. Continue connection?” appears.

The FTP server’s reliability cannot be verified. If you select [OK], the camera will start connecting.
