• You must restart the unit after changing the system
mode. A message prompting you to restart the unit
will appear in such cases. Select [Yes] and restart the
unit.
• In 3D mode, an icon appears in the [MENU] screen
to indicate that 3D mode is set.
[Simultaneous 3D and 2D Rec]
Select whether to record 3D and 2D images
simultaneously in the setting screen that appears.
The default setting is [No].
• When recording 3D and 2D images simultaneously,
be sure to configure the same input signal and
resolution for both.
• This setting is only available when [System Mode]
is set to [3D].
[Input Stream]
Select the number of input streams and the input
format for when the system mode is set to [3D].
The default setting is [2].
• This setting is only available when [System Mode]
is set to [3D].
• When [Input Stream] is set to [2] and you capture a
still image from a fast-moving video, the image may
not be perceived as 3D.
• When the number of input streams is set to [1 (Line
by Line)], images will be recorded in top-and-
bottom format.
[Output Mode]
Select the output mode for when the system mode is
set to [3D].
The settings available for the output mode will differ
depending on the format configured for the input
streams.
Selectable output modes
• This setting is only available when [System Mode]
is set to [3D].
• When recording 3D and 2D images simultaneously,
3D images that conform to this setting will be
output.
[Display MENU]
Select whether to display the MENU in 2D mode or
3D mode.
This setting is only available when [System Mode] is
set to [3D].
