1-2. Overview of Installation
1-2-1. Installing HKC-CN50 to the Camera Body
• If CN-4044 board (HKC-CN50) is not installed to the camera body, install CN-4044 board first to begin with the following
procedures.
• For details of this installation, refer to “Installation manual HKC-CN50”.
1-2-2. Installing HKC-WL50 (Outside Panel Assembly) to the Camera Body
For details on the installation procedure, refer to “1-3-1. Installing HKC-WL50 (Outside Panel Assembly) to the Camera Body”.

Outline of installation procedure
(1) Open the outside panel.
(2) Disconnect the two harnesses and the two
FPCs with connector.
(3) Remove the outside panel.
(4) Install the CN-4044 board (HKC-CN50) to
the camera body.
(5) Install the outside panel.
(6) Close the outside panel.

Outline of installation procedure
HKC-WL50 (outside panel assembly)
(1) Install the wireless unit to the HKC-WL50 (outside panel
assembly).
(2) Remove the outside panel.
(3) Remove the inside panel.
(4) Change the orientation of the DC IN connector.
(5) Replace the harness (DC-OUT) with the harness
(DC-OUT-POWER).
(6) Install the inside panel.
(7) Install the HKC-WL50 (outside panel assembly).
