There is noise, skipping, or distorted sound
An unsupported USB device is connected. Refer to the URL in “Compatible USB devices” and use a supported USB
device.
Turn off the speaker, reconnect the USB device, then turn on the speaker.
The music data itself contains noise, or the sound is distorted. Noise contained in the music may be transferred. In
this case, delete the music file from the USB device and copy the original music file again to the USB device. If noise
or distorted sound occurs in the same playback position each time, the music data may be corrupted.
The bit rate used when encoding files was too low. In this case, delete the music file from the USB device and copy
the original music file again at a higher bit rate to the USB device.
