What can I do to solve a problem?
If the speaker does not function as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue.
Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide, and try any corrective actions listed.
Connect the speaker to an AC outlet via the USB AC adaptor to charge the battery for more than 1 hour.
You may be able to resolve some issues by charging the battery.
Press and hold the (power) button of the speaker more than 8 seconds to reset the speaker. When resetting the
speaker, the volume, functions, and sound settings may change.
Initialize the speaker.
All settings of the speaker return to their factory defaults. All the pairing information and all the network settings are
deleted.
Look up information about the issue on the customer support website.
If the operations above do not work, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
