Transferring aibo

Before you transfer your aibo, be sure to initialize it with the My aibo app. See 

Restoring aibo to the default state

(Initialization)

 for the instructions.

In the event that you want to transfer your aibo to a third party before your contract on the aibo AI Cloud Plan expires,
visit the online support page (
