Using Basic Applications

Sorting Expense items

You can change the view of the Expense.

Tap the Home icon

The “Applications Launcher” appears.

Rotate the Jog Dial to select “Expense,” then press the Jog
Dial.

The “Expense” screen appears.

Tap “Show.”

The “Show Options” dialog box appears.

Select the display mode option you want.

•

Sort by:

Enables you to sort expense items by date or type.

•

Distance:

Enables you to display Mileage entries in miles or

kilometers.

•

Show currency:

Shows or hides the currency symbol in the

Expense list.

Tap “OK.”
