If these solutions do not help improve the situation,

If you take the unit to be repaired because of CD
playback trouble, bring the disc that was used at the
time the problem began.
NO AF
There is no alternative frequency for the current
station.

(SEEK)
+/– while the program service name
is flashing. The unit starts searching for another
frequency with the same PI (Program
Identification) data (“PI SEEK” appears).
NO DISC
The disc is not inserted in the CD changer.

Insert discs in the CD changer.
NO IPOD
No iPod connected.

Connect iPod to dock connector.
If “NO IPOD” appears while connecting the iPod to
the dock connector, disconnect the iPod from the dock
connector, then reconnect.
NO MAG
The disc magazine is not inserted in the CD changer.

Insert the disc magazine in the CD changer.
NO MUSIC
The disc/iPod does not contain a music file.
t
Insert a music CD in this unit or an MP3 playable
CD changer.

Connect the iPod with a music file in it.
NO NAME
A disc/album/artist/track name is not written in the
track.
NO SUPRT
The connected iPod is not supported.
NO TP
The unit will continue searching for available TP
stations.
OFFSET
There may be an internal malfunction.

Check the connection. If the error indication
remains on in the display, consult your nearest
Sony dealer.
READ
The unit is reading all track and album information on
the disc.

Wait until reading is complete and playback starts
automatically. Depending on the disc structure, it
may take more than a minute.
RESET
The CD unit, CD changer or iPod cannot be operated
due to a problem.

Press the RESET button (page 4).
