Emergency calls
To make an emergency call

Your phone supports the international emergency
number, 112. This means that this number can normally
be used to make an emergency call in any country/
region, with or without a SIM card inserted, if a GSM
network is within range.
Note:
Some network operators may require that a
SIM card be inserted, and in some cases that the PIN
has been entered as well.
In some countries, other emergency numbers may also
be promoted. Your operator may therefore have saved
additional local emergency numbers on the SIM card.

Voice mail
If your subscription includes an answering
service, callers can leave a voice mail message
when you cannot answer a call.
Receiving a voice mail message
Depending on your network operator, you are informed
that someone has left a message by a text message (SMS)
or by a voice mail icon that indicates the number of voice
mail messages waiting (
).
Calling your voice mail service
You can easily call your voice mail service by pressing

, if you have saved your voice mail
number in the phone. You get the number from your
service provider.
