Troubleshooting

Insert correct SIM card

The phone only works with certain SIM cards. Check 
if you are using the correct operator SIM card for 
your phone.

Emerg. calls only

You are within range of a network, but you are not 
allowed to use it. Contact your network operator 
and make sure your subscription is correct. Some 
network operators allow emergency calls to the 
international emergency number, for example, 112 
or 911.
